What is the DeSoto Systems, Inc. affiliate program?

This is a program that allows affiliates to refer companies, that the affiliate has a positive relationship with, to DSI. DSI will then contact the referral and provide products and services to the company. An affiliate will be paid based on the DSI Affiliate Fee Schedule (link to schedule), for these referrals.

What is considered a positive relationship when referring business to DSI?

DSI considers that you have a positive relationship with a referred company if we have the ability to contact the referral and let them know that you referred them to us. In the event that the referred company either does not know the affiliate or if it is not a positive relationship, we have the right to remove the referred company from the affiliates list of referred companies.

How does the affiliate program work?

All you need to do is setup an account with DSI, and you are ready to go. Once the account has been approved, usually within 24 hours, you will be able to enter referrals to companies that are in need of our services. The only requirements are the use of your name or company name as the referrer to the company and your relationship with the company is currently positive.

How long does it take to get started?

Once we received your affiliate program application, you should be able to start entering referrals within 24 hours.

Who can join the DSI Affiliate Program?

Any person or company can join the DSI Affiliate Program. However, an application may be rejected if we determine (at our sole discretion) that the participant is unsuitable as one of our Affiliates, for any reason, but not limited to the inclusion of content on the participants web site or products sold that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. It does not cost anything to join.

How do I make money with the affiliate program?

When projects are completed with the affiliate's referral company, the affiliate will be paid an affiliate fee based on the DSI Affiliate Schedule.

When do I get paid under the affiliate program?

Payments are made on a quarterly basis, during the month that follows each quarter.

An application may be rejected if we determine (at our sole discretion) that the participant is unsuitable as one of our Affiliates, for any reason, but not limited to the inclusion of content on the participants web site or products sold that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to reject referrals that do not comply with any guidelines that we periodically may establish. A referral will be rejected if the company is unsuitable as one of our customers, for any reason, but not limited to the inclusion of content on the participants web site or products sold that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

What happens if I refer a company that has already been referred by another affiliate?

You will be informed that another affiliate has referred the company to us. Only one affiliate per referred company is allowed.
